Our business model is to manage the whole design, planning, procurement, logistics and operations management on behalf of our clients.
However, our preference is for our clients to hold the contracts which we negotiate on their behalf. This ensures that there is complete financial transparency and avoids NRG Well Management having any commercial interest in the contracts awarded.
Our size and structure enables NRG Well Management to be flexible allowing us to tailor our projects to suit the client rather than imposing a one size fits all model. This means we work for large global operators and very small independents.
